Cancelation Policy

At Serene Therapeutic Massage LLC, we value your time and ours. To provide the best service to all clients, we enforce the following cancellation policy:

● Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 4 hours before your appointment.
● Late cancellations (less than 4 hours before the appointment) will be charged 50% of the cost of service.
● No-call, no-show appointments will be charged the full-service fee

● Emergency situations will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

At Serene Therapeutic Massage LLC, we maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy for any form of sexual solicitation, inappropriate behavior, or misconduct.

● Any inappropriate comments, requests, gestures, or actions will result in the immediate termination of the session with full payment still required.

● Future appointments will be permanently refused, and law enforcement may be contacted if necessary.

● Massage therapy is a professional health service—any behavior that disrespects this will not be tolerated.
